1. Xin Rong Ji Restaurant

The first restaurant is Xin Rong Ji, an elegant and stylish place that offers traditional Cantonese dishes with a modern twist. The restaurant has been around for almost 30 years and has recently undergone some renovations. The owner’s son, Mr. Chan, opened the restaurant in 1990 to fulfill his father’s wish to serve some of their signature dishes such as the crab dumplings, wok-fried chicken and eggplant and shrimp to diners in Macau.

2. OZ Restaurant

OZ Restaurant is located inside the Sheraton Hotel and offers contemporary cuisine with international flavors for its diners. The restaurant was established by Chef Oceano Gomes who creates the menu himself and hires only local chefs to cook amazing dishes such as grilled salmon with a tomato sauce, seafood risotto or hamachi carpaccio.

3. Tin Hau Temple Street Food

Tin Hau Temple Street Food is one of Macau’s most famous restaurants because it serves Cantonese style noodles at reasonable prices in a vibrant environment where you can enjoy live entertainment while waiting for your food to be served on plastic stools or at a wooden table. This street food originality attracts many tourists who come to Macau just for this kind of

authentic experience where they can enjoy both good food and company.

XO Kitchen - Gordon Ramsay

The first restaurant I would like to introduce is XO Kitchen. This restaurant is located on top of a hotel and gives diners an amazing view of the city while they eat. It has a contemporary interior design with sleek tables and chairs. The food here can be categorized as modern Cantonese cuisine, which is known for using fresh ingredients and being cooked in woks over high heat. Some popular dishes at this restaurant are scallops and king crab stir-fried noodles, yolk-poached eggs with crispy cruft, black pepper beef tenderloin with mango salsa, smoked duck salad with wasabi dressing, and braised lamb shank with soybeans and rice wine.

In addition to being located on top of a hotel, this restaurant also has an onsite bistro that serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea service, cocktails before dinner and drinks after dinner.

8 ½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana

8 ½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana is one of the most celebrated restaurants in Macau. This restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars and has the highest rating on TripAdvisor out of all the restaurants in Macau. The restaurant offers an eclectic menu with a wide variety of dishes; this includes everything from sushi to meat and fish dishes.

The interior design is modern and luxurious with many contemporary art pieces. 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana also offer very good service to its customers which ranks it very highly in terms of customer satisfaction.

Their signature dish is a foie gras rice with truffle sauce that you shouldn’t miss out on!

The Old Macau

The Old Macau is a restaurant located on top of the Sheraton Hotel in The Landmark. It has an amazing view of the Macau Tower and the Cotai Strip. This is one of the best places to eat in Macau because it’s well-known for having delicious food and a beautiful ambiance.

One of my favorite dishes at this restaurant is their beef noodles with hot pot. The dish includes a beef broth that you can customize by adding other ingredients, like vegetables or seafood. Another dish to try here is their dumplings. They are juicy and flavorful, which makes them one of my favorite things!
